With the growth in the rental market, Interior Motives have developed a fully comprehensive package aimed at getting your property in the best shape to acquire a tenant.

Our packages can include all furnishings, flooring, window dressings, lighting, pictures and letting essentials from kettles to bedding.

Our furnishing packages are not available on the High Street. Each room package has been designed to suit landlords, corporate lets, holiday lets or as sales incentives for New Build developments. Every product is selected for its exceptional value, timeless style and practical everyday use.

As market leaders in Interior Design, we can tailor your package to suit your requirements. Upgrades and changes to the basic package will be quoted for on an individual basis.

We launched Au Fait in 2006 specifically to meet the many requests we received from our clients for furniture packages for the buy to let market.
